Speed governors for diesel engines, turbines and industry
Specialized "Speed Governors" laboratory is consisted part of company implementing the full cycle of maintenance and repair of speed governors controlling speed of diesel and gas engines and turbines driving generators, compressors, etc. The full cycle includes inspection at object, preliminary testbench test , detailed laboratory checking of consistent parts, assembly using original repair kits, step by step tuning and adjustment of component parts and their testing, final assembly, complete testbench check up and fine tuning, proprietary painting, delivery to the field object, installation and handing-over at operation.
The Laboratory is equipped by unical computerized testbenches, simulating engine in real time mode, supplied with completest kit of special tools, accessories and fixtures necessary for qualified assembly/disassembly, tuning and adjustment of responsible components of speed governors.
All operations are fulfilled by high-qualified technicians under supervising of engineers having many years experience of speed governors handling.
Thousands of speed governors passed through high quality repair in PST laboratory work without failures on objects of fleet, energetic and technological processes.
Repair is provided for all types of hydromechanical Woodward governors: PGA (-12, -58, -200, -300, -500), UG (-5,7, -8, -10, -12, -25, -32, -40), 3161, PGG, PGE, SG, PSG, TG; Regulateurs Europa (type 400, 1100 1500, 1800, 2100, 2200, 2300 series), Diesel Kiki (type RHD), Saratov plant (RN-30, RN-50, RN-100, RN-400), Kolomna plant (4-7RS, M7RS), RUMO (G60), Penzadieselmach (D50) etc., including out of production models RP-50, RP-100, R13, PI-200, SKL and others.
Beside this, for obsolete and unprofitable at service governors, it is offered retrofitting to most modern models, such as electronic/hydraulic and full-electric electronic governors. Last mentioned practically do not require maintenance at the exploitation.
Works are fulfilled under inspectorate of Russian Maritime Register of shipping and Russian River Register.
